Bench to Billable ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@benchtobillable.com.

What we collect

When you contact us or fill in a form (demo request, Inbox Audit, kit download): your name, email, and anything you choose to share, such as your current role.
When you buy a digital product: purchases are processed by Gumroad. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see your full card number.
When you become a done-for-you client: the details in your intake form, your approved email templates, your do-not-contact list, and the recruiter contact data described below.
Website basics: our host may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

Your Gmail: what we can and cannot see

For done-for-you clients only. Your inbox is connected through your own secure client portal, and only with your written permission.

What we use: searches for recruiter and staffing emails (for example "recruiter", "C2C", "right to represent"), and from those messages the sender's name, email, firm and the role discussed. This builds your recruiter list.
What we send: only the outreach and follow-up emails you approved, sent from your Gmail so replies come straight to you.
What we do not do: we do not read, copy or keep personal, financial, medical or family email, and we never contact anyone on your do-not-contact list, including your current employer and its clients.
You stay in control: you can disconnect Gmail at any time from your Google account settings or by asking us, and we stop immediately.

How we use your information

To deliver the product or service you asked for and send you related updates.
To reply to your questions and schedule your Inbox Audit.
To send occasional emails about Bench to Billable. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run Bench to Billable, under their own privacy and security terms: GoHighLevel through the SaaS Studio platform (client portal and CRM), Google (Gmail, for connected clients), Gumroad (digital product sales) and Netlify (website hosting). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Leads and customers: for as long as needed to serve you, or until you ask us to delete it.
Done-for-you clients: when your engagement ends, we disconnect Gmail and delete your recruiter data and portal within 30 days, unless you ask us to keep it running.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing hello@benchtobillable.com.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Security

We use access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect to what the service needs.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
