Terms of Service

These terms apply to benchtobillable.com and to the products and services of Bench to Billable. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Digital products, such as the Bench to Billable Playbook and templates, for your personal use.
Done-for-you services, such as Pipeline Build, Cold Start, Activation Sprint and Always On: finding and verifying recruiter contacts, and sending outreach you approve from your own email.

What we are not

Bench to Billable is not an employment agency. We do not place candidates, represent you to employers, or take any part of your rate.
We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment. Results depend on your experience, your market and the recruiters you reach.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about your background, and approve every message before it is sent.
Give us a complete do-not-contact list, including your current employer and its clients.
Make sure you are allowed to use your email account for your job search, and that it follows your employer's policies.
Follow Google's terms for your Gmail account.

Payments and refunds

Digital products: sold through Gumroad. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Done-for-you services: paid up front for the package or month. If work has not started, you can cancel for a full refund. Our delivery promise: first emails go out within 7 days of kickoff, or we add a free week to your package.
Always On is month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date.

Intellectual property

Our templates, playbooks and materials stay ours. You may use them for your own job search, but you may not resell or redistribute them.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Bench to Billable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact
